3 or 3.5" screws to install fence panels?

3" or 3.5" wood/deck screws to install pre-fab fence panel?

Will be going into mostly 4x4 PT posts but also some 6x6. Face nailing (screwing) directly onto posts.

Everywhere I've read says 3" screws would be fine but it looks as if about only .75" is going to actually in the PT post holding the fence panel. Wondering if that will be enough to hold these panels up over time.

Fence panel is 6'x8'

Easy rule, 2/3s of the faster should be driven into the sub straight.
