2 inch styrofoam sheets


is there a product that can be applied over styrofoam to make it fire proof besides sheet rock?

depends on how fire proof it has to be,metal,fire resistant plywood,fiberglass panels...depends

all I know is that the styrofoam has to be covered for house insurance

Where is it installed ?
Why not use sheetrock ?

Thanks for all the imput!
I have decided to go with sprayed on foam that is then sprayed with a fire rated product. This also satisfied the code.
