Patbush566 Newbie   Join Date: Aug 2012 Posts: 2	12 by 12 shed do i need a permit to build a 12x12 shed underneath the 4 four season porch? 4 season porch's floor is the ceiling/roof for the shed.

There is no one ansewer for this one, it could vary from county to county, state to state, country to country.
