10,000 sq ft of concrete to finish

We are a non-profit moving into new office space. We can't afford to have a full service concrete finishing company come in, but we have 10,000 sq. ft of ugly concrete that we want to finish to look smooth and glossy. With that much area to cover, what is the most cost effective sealer/finish for the job. If we rent grinders, how many will we need, and how many laborers as well? Do you know any free-lance contractors/concrete experts that might be able to help train us? Thanks

I know nothing about grinding concrete. However if the surface is relatively flat and level. Many of the epoxy type floor coatings will help smooth out small irregularities. And should hold up reasonability well depending on activities in the area.
