Dave is this an electrical question?

What has the vaulted ceiling got to do with the tub?

If it's just a wiring question--Is far as I know new wires run inside an existing wall do not need to me secured--so pulling the wires will be fine without stapling.

Do you need conduit in your area or is Romex allowed? Please rephrase the question----
