wiring zone valve help
Hi
we are looking to add our 2nd zone valve wiring and not sure as to its placement so a quick run down of how the wiring is inputted in the cable box. Power from boiler coming in at top in block 1,2,3, directly below that is power cable coming from digi stat unit to power it. Zone valve to growing pond is going in block 9,8 and 1,2,3, the heater control that operates the relay from digi stat to growing pond is going in 7,9. Zone valve for main pond is in block 1,2,3 and 5,6, now this is where i need to know where to put the heater control cable that would operate the relay from digi stat, also theres a cable at top in 7,8 which i think maybe ther as a live to growing pond but not sure. Heres a picture of how its been wired, any help much appreciated

I have no idea what you are talking about???
I see "UK" tacked on the end of your user name. Are you from the UK? (Helps to fill in your location with the User CP so we know where you are from.) If you are from the UK, perhaps you could explain what this all is for? What is a growing pond? What is a digi stat? |

wiring zone valve help
hi
What we are looking at with the diagram is we have 2 ponds/pools that both require a zone valve each so they can both call for heat from the boiler when neaded, they both have a digital thermostat conected to both so what we are looking at from the diagram above is that 1 zone valve is connected to 1 pond/pool but the other 1 isnt and we are wanting to add the wiring in for the other pond/pool so both have heating to them hope this helps |

Locate on the terminal board your incoming power which appears to be 1,2, & 3. Then determine how many cables and core wire you need...ie...2 core, 3 core, 4 core and make the following connections. You can share terminal screw locations if you want for live and neutral.
