wiring up 220V

I have one spare unused 15 amp breaker in my panel . Can I use that , then double tap the 30 amp single pole next to it , with 10/3 tech cable for the dryer in my second laundry room. The panel is 100 amp , and is working fine as is.
If there was two spare spots , I would install a new douple pole 30 amp . There is no space saver breaker made for this panel . Its 40 years old.
Thank you !

just double something else up, and make room for a new 2 pole 30 amp breaker...
