Wiring new Honeywell Relay to Breaker box

Hi all, got a crawl space heater not working that I have narrowed down to an old (25yrs+) R841C1011 heater relay/transformer.Has 3 wires going to breaker box...red,blue,and black. Honeywell replacement/upgrade R841C1169 has 4 wires for box...red,blue,black,and an orange wire. Can't find schematic for 1169.where does orange connect?
Thanks

It doesn't. Probably for use on 208 Volt systems. Cap it off with a wire-nut and ignore it.

240 Volt incoming line connects to black and blue.

240 Volt outgoing line to heater connects to blue and red.

Thermostat connects to the other 2 small red and white wires.

Thanks KB, I'll give it a try. Box unit came in reads 208/240 V 50/60 HZ and is replacement for 6 other units.

Thanks again for the info.
