wiring a new celing fan/light combo

First thanks everyone for the help in the past.

I am installing a fan/light combo in my living room where there was nothing before, I have already installed the ceiling box and mount in the attic.

I had a switch on the wall that used to control a plug outlet in the room but the previous owner has wired it to constant on. Diagram belows show how its currently wired..... one cable with (R,W,B) which is the power source and one cable with (W,B)

How can I get power from setup I have (diagram) and put in a switch that will power my fan/light combo but still have my plug constant on?
The fan/light has a remote control so I should be able to get by with one switch or hoping I can.

Thanks in advance

I can't heads or tails of your drawing. Which of the cables goes to the receptacle?
