Wiring for integrated outlet inside medicine cabinets

I have seen some medicine cabinets with a built in outlet right on one of the shelves. It's handy to have the electric razor in there charging.

However I am not sure what brand/model to get so I am not sure what the rough in requirements are.

All I know at this point is I want a 30" cabinet and it will be recessed into the wall and I framed it as such.

How would you do the electrical rough in for a cabinet you have not yet decided upon?

Do you just run a 12/3 MC cable to the general area and cap off the wires? Or will you not do any wiring until you know which cabinet you are getting?
