Wiring a Hot Tub

Hello,

Looking to wire a hot tub in Ontario, and wondering the easiest way to code. I moved into a house with an existing hot tub, with a disconnect inside the house approx. 20m away. However the cable is indoor rated in not in conduit.

I'm fairly good with household wiring, and confident I can tackle this, however I just want to confirm code for this to ensure it is safe and to code;

1. Bury cable in conduit 18" subsurface
2. Provide GFCI disconnect outside (approx. ? distance from tub)
3. Provide secondary GFCI outlet on pedestal with disconnect

Is there anything else I need to think or worry about?

Thanks!
