Wiring garbage disposal switch

I am looking for a wiring diagram/instructions for wiring a garbage disposal switch . I have a dedicated 20 Amp circuit run from my electrical panel to a switch above the counter. I want to wire this switch to an outlet that the disposal will plug into under the sink. I also have a 12 Amp two-wire line run from the single pole switch to the area under the sink where I want to install an outlet box for the disposal to plug into.

I just need instructions on how to make the wiring connections. I do not want to use the outlet for a dishwasher or anything other than the disposal.

Be sure. Far more common is the 20A circuit feed run to a box BELOW the sink which is then shared with the dishwasher. Single yoke receptacle for each appliance to plug into there... and a switch loop up the wall for the disposer.

I ran the circuit myself to the switch for the disposal. I also ran separate circuit for dishwasher ...the dw is not by the disposal ....I am going to hard wire the dw, directly from the panel box.

I just need to get my connection straight for the disposal. Again, I have a direct 20 amp circuit from the panel box to the single pole switch that will control my disposal. I already ran a 12-2 wire from the box where my switch w ill be installed to to outlet where I want to plug in my disposal. I want that outlet dedicated to the disposal and nothing else. Thanks.

And at the disposal receptacle, the White goes on the Silver screw, while the Black goes on the Brass screw.
