wiring an electrical motor to new cord

I am trying to get a new Marathon 1/2 hp motor wired to a new 3 prong cord for a auger. I was expecting to open up the motor cover and seeing 3 wires, wrong. I have these yellow - T4, Black - J10, white - T2, purple - P1, Brown - P2, Orange - T3, and Red - T8. My question is my cord has a Black, Green and a white wire. How do I wire this thing ? Thanks in advance.

Go to www.marathonelectric.com. From there click on motors. Then click on brochures and manuals. You will see a catalog search box in the top right corner of the page. Enter the catalog number located on the nameplate of your motor. Then look for the wiring diagram for that motor.
If you cannot get the diagram for any reason, give me the model and serial number and I will try and get it for you.

Note: If this is an OEM (proprietary) motor. You may have to call Marathon and find out who the motor belongs too. They will give you the name and phone number.
