Wiring diagram for switch please

I have an upstairs hall light and my handy man is not sure how to wire with 2 switches on switch would be downstairs and one upstarts, how would you wire it so the light could be turned on and off from either switch ? We have clear access to both switch box areas and the light wiring area and so we can run any wires anywhere we need

thanks!
