wiring a ceiling light/fan

How to install a ceiling fan light when the power 14/2 goes to the fan/light then to the fan/light control (blue, black, black/white, green)?

Is the box fan rated?

Are you saying you have a 14/2 romex or some 14 gauge, two conductor cable at the ceiling box? In other words, just two conductors in the ceiling (hot and neutral)?

If you could explain the wires at the ceiling box and the wires at the wall switch, it would help a lot. Also, post the wiring for your fan/light and wall switch.
