wiring a built-in electric conection oven

a client has a ge.profile built in electric oven.it has a red, black,white and smaller 16gauge blue and green ground wire.the feed has red,black,white and ground wires.not sure where the blue is to be connected.any ideas?

Get the make and model number of the unit and look in the manual. I have never heard of the extra blue wire before.
