Wiring Bathroom Fan Timer

Purchased a Woods 60-minute timer for bathroom fan. It has 4 wires but we only have 3 in the current timer switch. What do we do?

The four wires in the new switch should be black constant power, red power to the fan, white neutral and green ground.

What colors are the 3 wires on your current switch? You will need a neutral with the new switch which may not be the case with your old switch.
