wire size for small shop

I have a farm service at my power pole and am buiding a shop that is 330 ft away (from pole box down 30 inches and across to service panel) I am going to use a 100 amp service panel and would have lights, plugs, garage door opener, a 30 amp rv plug and once in a while I might use a welder requiring a 50 amp breaker. what size of wire would I need and is it cheaper to use aluminium or copper.

I assume your actually needs will not exceed 70 to 80 amps even with the welder, if it were me I would run #2 aluminum.

Opinions will vary.
