I think I have found the solution to my problem. I called the power company to add a service and this is what I got from them;
"No problem adding a service for your pump and shed (I told them I needed service to my utility shed by my pond) we can run overhead, poles and meter for $1.75 per ft, underground is much more. All you need is a finshed shed, wired for service, a breaker panel, permit for service and inspection." I wanted to put a shed anyway so the grandkids can have a place to put their fishing stuff, fish food and corn for the deer. It will be a big pumphouse.
To be honest I can't buy the THWN, conduit and misc stuff for that!
I want to thank all who gave me positive advice as I now know more than when I asked my question, those of you who thought negative feedback without support was the why to help, I heard you the first time, "This AIN"T my first RODEO!", and I promise it wont be my last.
