Wire size for 100 service panel

I'm replacing an old existing 60amp service panel to 100amp, my question is what size wire to I need from the meter to the weather head so poco can hook up my service.
Had the meter location spotted already, permits have been pulled.

Also, is 1-1/2 rmc ok to use for the mast?

#4 copper or #2 al for residential. The poco may want a larger mast ours requires a 2 inch minimum so check with them

#2 Al or #4 or #3 CU will work fine.

However check with your POCO on 1.5 inch rmc for mast and I am pretty sure you may end up backguyed that one and most case I normally go with 2 inches RMC that will take care of most common resdential drops ( up about 100 feet or so ) but any longer than that will be backguyed.

When you do the backguyed set up make sure you hit the sturcure wood not just a sheeting of roof at all. need to hit 2X4 rafter or simiair like that.

Merci,
Marc
