Wire Recommendation - Outdoor

I need to run an underground wire to a single GFCI outlet through my back yard. The length of wire from the breaker to the outlet is 100'. I need a recommendation of the type wire I should use (UF vs. UF-B) (12/2 vs. 10/2). I will be purchasing from either Lowes or Home Depot.

The outlet will only be used to run small hand tools, radio, etc.

UF cable or run pipe and thwn wires.
