Wire Multiple Lights controlled by 4-way Switch?

When I do the calculation #14 = 6 conductors = 12. PLUS 1.75 for cable clamp, 1 #14 device = 4, #14 equipment ground conductor = 2.
Total is 12 + 1.75 + 4 + 2 = 19.75.

Am I adding in something I'm not supposed to?

There is nothing in my 1999 Ontario code for counting connectors. As a matter of fact is states "shall disregard any space occupied by lock nuts, bushings, box connectors or clamps". Only insulated conductor count so no count for grounds.
by my count
6 conductors, 2 for device adds up to 8 conductors.

Table 23 says you can have 10 #14 conductors in a 16 cubic inch box.
