Why are you worried about the cable hangers? This should be the telephone and cable companies responsibility. They are responsible for the cable all the way up to the demarc point on the outside of your house.

wire hanger online source?

While I was residing my house, I pulled the wires off and temporarily hung them on a storage hook. I have since lost what was there.
For telephone, I don't have phone service but I still need the wire for future home owners.
