where to connect ground wire


hello, I am am connecting a 3wire 250v outlet to my service panel. My panel is a ge200amp service. I'm not sure where to to connect the ground wire inside the panel...i do not see a ground bus, only see 2 neutral buses. any help appreciated.

where to connect ground wire


IF this is a main disconnect then the ground goes on the same bar as the neutral wire (white one)
