When you plug into outlet and light spark between plug, is this warning sign?

We have lived in this out about 10years ago. I think outlets are fine, but wanted to make sure.
When you plug in appliance or product into outlet and small spark appears, is this normal or is this a sign to check with electrician?

No, just means that there is a load on the end of the plug. My charger for my DeWalt does this, if I insert a battery into it, before plugging in.

Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?
