What type of cat5e cable type fastener?

I want to run some exterior rated data cable on the outside of my house. I don't want to install conduit, I just want to secure it to clapboard sliding.

What type of cat5e cable type fastener would you suggest?

I moved your post out of the other thread.
I wonder why it wouldn't let you post a new thread?

Clapboard is pretty darn hard & brittle at the same time. I have sanded teeth on a saw down cutting it. Be careful because a lot of the older stuff is asbestos. Don't want to breath that stuff. If you can drill holes I would go with the zip tie anchors that have a screw down eye built in them.

I would use a product such as this:

Gardner Bender 300-Pieces Plastic Coaxial Staples for Wood
