What do I do with old wires that I can't remove?

We have an old office building we own that we are selling off. I looked at the 3 phase panel in there yesterday. It is fed with 4 pieces of 3/0. Thats like $4 per foot per strand new. ouch.

Give u a real good deal on a building in wisconsin with lots of copper in it....
