My tenants told me, "Midway through, the washing machine simply stopped. No noise or otherwise noticeable event happened. We checked the breaker, checked both plugs in that socket with a lamp (which worked in both places), and tried various attempts to restart the load with no luck."

It is a Maytag Atlantis, Serial #: 19283279CL, Model #: MAV9750AWW

Can you help?

hard to troubleshoot without seeing washer. sounds like you have to call the maytag man. providing you do have proper power in recpt.

Have you checked the cut out ?
A lot of machines have them !

You should be able to find an operator manual on line !
