Wall heater connection to breaker

I want to wire a small 240-volt 1500 watt wall heater in bath. Instruction says connect the red and black wire from heater to incoming power white and black - no polarity required. Ground wire attaches to grounding screw on box. That part I get. However there is no mention regarding connection to the breaker box. Am I correct in assuming I wire this as you would a normal outlet (black to single pole 20amp breaker and white & neutral to box nuetral bar) or am I missing something?

No! You must install a 20 amp 2 pole breaker. Connect the black wire to one side and the white wire to the other side of the breaker. Remark the white with a peice of red or black tape. Connect the ground wire to the ground bar.
