voltage to low/high, light flickering

I have voltage drop problem when tuning on appliances. Lights started flickering and all that happened recently. There are a few facts I try to put together:
1. when I turn on major appliance (washer, dryer etc.) I have major light flickering and voltage drop (below 100V) in some receptacles. I other receptacles I have high voltage (above 140V) at the same time and light is getting brighter.
2. Receptacle tester shows bad/open ground everywhere.
3. Recently I had power company upgrading my service from 100 to 200A.
4. Before the flickering/voltage drop started I popped the breaker when the hot wire on receptacle contacted the box during drywall work. I don't know if that could cause the problem ...

I am going to call electrician anyway but I would appreciate if somebody could point me in the right direction.

IMMEDIATELY UN PLUG ANY DEVICE YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO REPLACE

Call your power company first, explain to them you have a loose or open neutral connection. Mention dim and excessively bright lights,

They should quickly send a trouble crew

Sounds like a loose nutral.
If it's every where in the house then it can be the power company mess up.
If it is everywhere in the house and it's the incoming power this can distroy anything electric that's pluged in.

Totally agree with this advice. You have a loose neutral connection.
