Vexing Electrical Circuit Problem

I have an entire electrical circuit that randomally went out. On this circuit there is a 3 way light, an outlet and a 2 way light. I have pulled the covers off the light switches and the outlet, and tested with a multi-meter there is not any power getting to any of those. I have also cycled the breakers at the breaker panel, tested the power coming out of the breakers, and re-terminated all connections at the breaker panel, and at switches and outlet not working. There is not a GFCI outlet on the circuit. I am not 100% certain on the breaker attached with the circuit in question, because the panel was not labeled when we purchaded our house, but i have narrowed it down to 5 unknowns, over time as I have done various projects around the house. Basically there is power coming out of all breakers in our panel, but no power getting to the lights/outlet. Any suggestions would be appreciated, this is lighting for my entry way/porch, and I am tired of greeting guests in the dark.

And you did look for a GFI out on the porch or outside someplace?

Yes, the outlet on the porch is not a GCFI, and is on another circuit that currently has good power to it, there are not any other outlets outside.

Between what two points did you check for voltage? Black to white and or black to ground? if only black to ground check black to white.

At the outlets and switches I tested between black and white, and at the electrical panel, I tested between black and the commom bar all white were tied to.

Did you check the working devices on the circuit? The problem could be a loose connection in a working device on the wire feeding out to the rest of the circuit.

Start looking for junctions...
