Utilitech IC conversion box needed

I purchased the Utilitech 3" recessed non-ic lighting at Lowes on the advise of my electrician who told me that it should be fine to pass inspection for use in soffits & cabinets, however when my rough inspection came around these were not acceptable. I need the IC conversion kits (#105896) mentioned in the Utilitech literature but cannot find them on the web. Can anyone help here? Need to do this soon to close my permits.

Hey BigMike, I'm in a similar situation. Did yopu ever find an answer to your lighting situation?

Hey Big Mike - we're also looking for the conversion kits for our lights. Did you have any luck locating part #105896?

yuillr, considering both these guys made only one post each last year, and their last activity on this site was right after those posts, I doubt they are around to see your question.

Why not start a new thread asking your question?
