Upgrading 2x100amp disconnect from h type fuses to cb

I have an old disconnect with 2x100amp+1 neutral, secured by 2 h-type fuses. The service wires are 2/0.
Can I replaces the h-type fuses by adding a new box with 2x100amp circuit breakers?
If so what type of breakers, what wire size (new box right next to the old disconnect) and what type of conduit?
Can I just run the 2X100amp through the new breaker box or do I have to connect the neutral as well (all the existing wiring remains, only the h-fuses would be replaced)?
Any advice would be appreciated.

You need a single phase 100 amp disconnect. Just buy the breaker type. Wires back the same way. There will be a place to connect the neutrals and the grounds. If you connect nuetrals and grounds at this disconnect, they need/must not be connected anywhere else. So check the main panel first.

This will be hot. You will need to have the utility pull the meter. I would suggest you hire someone.
