Is this up to code?

Can I run MC cable with 120V in the same conduit as 300V low voltage cable? The MC is for power to a Pelco camera and the 300V cables are for the controls on the camera. I know there's got to be a master electrician out there that can give me the code section. Please help a brother out.

The only thing I can think of is 300.3(C)(1) and 725.26(B) and 725.55(D).

Tom, I thought I had answered you the last time you asked this question, but I could not find my response.

I think you may have been failed on this job for 300.3(c) like inphase stated.
Did the inspector have a code section when he failed this job?
