underground Electrical service

I'm trying to run underground electrical service from a pole to a house 300 feet away. the pole will have a 200 amp panel and meter that will be connected to PG&E's power supply and the house a 200 amp sub panel. I plan to run 3 inch electrical conduit on one straight run and pull my wires through, (a nuetral, ground and two hot). what size wire is suggested to compensate for voltage drop? The location is Humboldt County, California.
