underground electrical entrance cable

For a new mobile home with a 17 KW electric furnace. And a 200 amp service. The distance from the home to the yard pole is 110 meters. What size of under ground electrical cable will be necessary.

Mobile home feeder would work four conductors 4/0-4/0-2/0-#4 but I would use a #2 with 2-1/2" conduit.

Sorry I was thinking feet. For a less than 3% voltage drop you would need at least 700mcm according to southwire's voltage drop calculator.
