Under cupboard lighting

I want to add Under cupboard lighting in my kitchen, ive done it on one side of the room and all is well, and run a wire to the other side of the room were i want to add more.
I know you can run 6 LV lights of one transformer, ive tried adding 8 and the lights are very low. Ive now got a second transfromer but i want to know if i can add the transfromer to a fuse spur and then add that to a light switch.

Where is the transformer located now? Art. 411 makes low voltage lighting very hard to meet code once you want to start concealing the wires.
