Under cabinet linear lighting?

I'm getting ready to purchase a Kichler linear lighting kit to go under my kitchen cabinets. The process has been pretty straightforward. I'll be running approximately 25' of wiring, which includes 28 lights spaced approximately 6" apart.

The thing I need some help with is bulb wattage. Since I've never installed these before I have no point of reference in terms of how bright 5 or 10W bulbs will be. My gut feeling says to go with the 10W and I can always dim them down, but I'm unsure.

I'd like to get some help from people in the know. Should I go with the 5 or 10W bulbs?

This is task lighting. Go with the 10W. Just make sure your transformer(s) and wire gauge can handle the load.
