Under cabinet led lighting

We had our kitchen remodeled about two years ago and had under cabinet led lighting ribbon strips installed. Love them! Yesterday I turned the lights on and they all began to flash on and off with a strobe effect??? Any ideas?. I have read some comments about transformer sizing but I would think if the transformer was not sufficient we would have seen this immediately after install not two years later.

Sounds like your driver (transformer) went bad.

Under cabinet led lighting

I have two Juno under cabinet lights on the same hardwired line switch. Once of them was zapped/fried when steam form coffee maker was venting while light was on. I see at the hard wired connector junction that there was a spark.. so I will need to get a new light fixture.

My question is, was the line completely fried to the switch and the other light?? Or if I just see it at the one light, is the rest of the line ok?? The other light is not working either when I turn on the switch.
