two lights two sources one switch

I have two standard ceramic pull cord lights that I am going to switch to two can lights and then have them controlled off of one switch. How can I wire them using two power sources to each light and one switch?

Wire a switch loop from each can down to your wall switch.

Use a double-pole wall switch to control both lights simultaneously.
