troubleshooting PS2350295 circuit board

My dishwasher door panel will not light up or turn on! It does not supply power to my control panel and light the panel up.
How do test my PS2350295 circuit board for faulty components?
It is the board for my Maytag dishwasher, model mdb5601awb maytag quiet series 300. i replaced my broken door handle thinking that was the problem. but still don't have led lighting up.

Do you have electronic experience? Particularly component level experience? If not, why not replace the board and see if it fixes the problem. I mean what else can you do except call in a repair man.

To troubleshoot this you will need a schematic diagram and a multimeter. Are you versed in component level electrical work and reading schematics?
You said the door handle was broken. Did this problem show up when the handle broke? The door handle linkage most likely operates some type of mechanical switch which would be an input to the control board. Have you looked for some type of switch that is actuated by the handle?
