trimming 3phase 4 wire panel

hi guys, just looking for other EFFICENT ways people trim out branch circuit on a 3 phase, 4 wire w/ ground panels....

do you guys seperate the neutral and ground first and trim those in first before the hots? do a complete individual network with ground first? hots first, neutrals & grounds last?

Ok, so you trim the entire ground bar, then entire neutral bar...then finish off all the hots?
