trailer house electric issue

i get one leg no good .L1.. and turning on a 240 back feeding the panel so the other side L2 now feeds the L1 ....
Lost/loose or a bad nuetral connections can cause voltage to fluctuate. It may show up as dimming lights that get brighter when an appliance such such as a frig or DW turn on. 240V appliances generally are not affected.
