Time Current Curves
I am trying to find the time-current curve for a certain 600-amp fuse made by GEM Electric Mfr. back in the mid to late 60's. I've already found out that GEM is out of business and they haven't made fuses for approx. 20 years. The former CEO of GEM says he knows no way to get that curve. Does anyone know of a way or at least a lead to obtaining that curve. Thanks!
Also, what is the difference between the "class" of a fuses and the "type", or are they the same?
I have nothing to offer you except try the contractor talk forum. more skilled tradesman and less DIY'ers there.
