i've got 14-2 wire coming from my service panel into a double gang-box that will contain one single-pole light switch that will control a ceiling light, and the initial 3-way light switch that will power two linked can lights. the second 3-way switch is across the room. how do i jump power from the single pole switch to the 3-way? just as if it were another single pole there? the two can light fixtures are between the two 3-way switches. from the first 3-way switch do i run 14-3 wire to the first can light or to the other 3-way switch? and do i link the can lights with 14-3, 14-2, or 2 14-2s? keep the terms simple, i'm no electrician. thanks all.

Thing to remember on 3-way switches is to hookup the constant hot (black wire) on one common screw and the hot (black wire) going to the light on the other 3-way switch. And tie the white going to the light on the neutral bundle (white from panel).
