Do u run the feed to both switches the to the lights when hooking up a three way

Three way hook up for recessed lighting


There are several ways to wire three way switches. You can search for various diagrams for the wiring schemes.

Three way hook up for recessed lighting


The best way to meet current code of neutral present in switch boxes is the run power to one switch then three wire cable to second switch. Then run two wire cable from second switch to the fixtures.
