And they paid for this answer!!

Holy crap. WHile browsing the other questions I see this after the first "expert" reply: "You need to spend $3 to view this post. Add Funds to your account and buy credits."
Wait, let me find my wallet.

This is getting funnier every time I look there. Or is it pathetic. I'm not sure yet.

Check this one out. This "expert" thinks Mr. Smith's new tankless water heater is 3-phase because it requires three 40A circuits.

I found one that sounds right

Advises a guy that ha can run UF up the side of the house to add outlets & lights in the attic. He even advises that it should be in conduit, but legally you don't need it

Hey guys. Here is their customer service form.

http://www.justanswer.com/support.aspx

I suggested to them it was unfair for them to take money for uninformed folks getting the wrong answers. I continued with suggesting they somehow police their site and hopefully one of their "experts" has not spread incorrect advice that get somebody hurt or worse and/or burns their house down.

I used one of my actual e-mail addresses so maybe I will get a response.

Nice move. That's a bit more ballsy that I wanted to be.
I can't wait to see what they say.

Someone should ask the following question (if the site does not monitor or review, this question should remain visible!!):

Why would anyone pay here for wrong answers, when they could get the correct answer for free at diychatroom.com?

I bet some new account will come up here
and he would answer questions like this,

"I have a new compressor, it says its 20 amp three phase, what do I do?"

He would reply, "Three 20 amp breakers, and 16/3 in garden hose should do it. 20 bucks and Ill tell you how to wire it. "

Nearly every statement in the answer is wrong. I wouldn't know where to begin.
