Thermador oven surface element switch
 

The housing that the bake/broil/timed bake knob slips onto is chewed up because we have been using pliers to change the settings. Now i need to replace it and i have 2 questions. Is that piece called a Surface Element Switch, and if so...is it easy to get to removing the face of the control panel?
