Temperature Sensitive Plug Adapter

I have a crawl space where I put a small space heater. I have the space heater plugged into a temperature sensitive plug adapter that activates (allows the space heater to turn on) when the temperature goes below 32 degrees. The plug adapter quit working and now I can't find a replacement. Any suggestions? Help?

TY

Temperature Sensitive Plug Adapter

I found this, remembered seeing it for people who have goldfish ponds they don't want to freeze over in the winter.
