Switch help

Hi all I have a switch in my downstairs landing that controls the upstairs (on/off) and downstairs and porch light.
What I want to do is have both the upstairs -which is a two way switch and the downstairs come on at the same time and leave the porch on the separate switch. The picture attached is the switch downstairs is on the left of picture.
Is it simple enough for me to move one of the wires ??

Ok...and all fixtures are only controlled be either of these two switches? There is not a switch at the top of the landing that also controls the landing fixture
